Healthy Plant :

Shipping is inherently stressful for plants. Minor cosmetic damage and signs of stress are normal. Your plant may lose a leaf or two during its journey or while acclimating to its new home. Finicky plants and new leaves are especially prone to this. These things are completely normal as a plant acclimates. With the proper care and attention, your new plant will bounce back and thrive.

Guarantee:

If your plant arrives dead, or in a condition outside of the acceptable conditions considered when shipping perishables due to a packaging error, not a shipping error due to delays, weather, or any other events, circumstances/situations outside of the control of The Magic Walnut, your plant will be replaced for free, or store credit will be issued if a comparable plant option is unavailable. 

Our business thrives when healthy plants are sold and your trust is earned. Ultimately, If there is any issue at all with your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us so that we can work towards a solution.

Delivery:

All plants leave the nursery healthy and thriving. Once your tracking number is shown as delivered. If the plant arrives healthy and alive there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on sales. Please be aware of your new plant's needs. 

Cancellations: 

Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before shipment. 

Returns: 

There are no returns or refunds. 

SHIPPING

  • Priority $9.00  for one plant. $13 for two plants. $16.00 for three plants, $19.00 for four plants. 

  • Priority Express $39 for one. $43 for two, $50 for three. 

  • UPS options are available as well. Reach out to me and we can explore the options. 

  • Shipping is Mondays - Wednesdays to avoid your plant getting stuck in the mail over the weekend. 

  • Orders that are placed on Saturday after 12 PM may be shipped in the following week’s shipping cycle. 

  • Packages may be held here at my greenhouse for up to two weeks if significant mail service delays or extreme weather are expected. 

  • Please be sure that your shipping address is correct - in the event that it is incorrect, we cannot guarantee a correction but we will of course do all that is within our power to try to reroute the package. 

  • Shipping within the U.S. only.
